What happens after I submit the form?
Brett personally reads every inquiry and calls or texts you back within two business days to schedule a free on-site evaluation.
Is the evaluation really free?
Yes. No cost, no obligation, no upsell. We walk your yard, measure it, note grass type and problem areas, and quote what your specific lawn actually needs.
How fast can you start?
Depending on the season, first application is usually within 5-10 business days of signing on. Emergency situations (active grub damage, disease outbreak) get bumped up the schedule.
Do you require any credit card up front?
No. You approve the quote before any work happens, and we bill after each application. There is no auto-billing, and a season agreement is optional if you want one.
What if I need to reach Brett urgently?
Existing customers get Brett’s direct cell for texts. New customer inquiries go through this form or the main office line. The same person answers either way.
