Premium Turf Management Program

Built for homeowners who want the deepest, healthiest lawn on the block and don’t want to worry about the details. Adds grub prevention and additional fungicide coverage to protect the lawn through the toughest stretches of the year, along with priority scheduling and additional turf management.

Aeration, Overseeding & Fertilizing
Priced separately. Book it on its own or add it to any program.
Spring and fall
Core aeration pulls plugs of soil out of the lawn to relieve compaction, then fresh seed and starter fertilizer go straight into those open channels where the roots can reach them. Timing is what makes it work, so we run it in two seasons. Spring is the window for warm-season grasses. Fall is the window for cool-season grasses, which is what most East Tennessee lawns are.
