Most East Tennessee cool-season lawns benefit from 4-6 applications per year, spaced across pre-emergent season, late spring, summer maintenance, and heavy fall root-building. Warm-season lawns follow a different schedule. We build it around your grass, not a calendar.
Is granular or liquid fertilizer better?
Neither, categorically. Granular slow-release is better for sustained feeding and root development. Liquid is better for quick color correction and combining with weed control. We use both, at the right time, for the right reason.
Will fertilizer burn my lawn?
Not if it’s applied at the correct rate and watered in on the right schedule. Burn happens when someone doubles up passes or applies during drought stress. Brett measures every yard and calibrates every spreader.
Do I need to water after fertilization?
