Do I have to sign a contract?
Only if you want one. A season agreement is available if you’d like your visits and pricing locked in ahead of time, but it is completely optional. Most customers simply go service by service, and we earn the next visit with the last one.
How much does a program cost?
It depends on your lawn’s square footage, grass type, and what it actually needs. Free evaluations are always free with no obligation. We’ll quote you honestly and only recommend what your lawn requires.
Are treatments safe for kids and pets?
Yes, when applied correctly. Brett is a Certified Tennessee Pesticide Applicator and follows every label directive. We’ll always tell you exactly how long to stay off the lawn.
Can you fix a lawn that’s already in bad shape?
Almost always. Most "lost cause" lawns just need the right sequence of soil correction, aeration, overseeding, and consistent weed pressure. We’ll tell you honestly what a realistic timeline looks like.
Do you offer one-time services or only full programs?
Both. If you just need a fall aeration or a one-off weed treatment, we’ll do that. Most homeowners save money and get better results on a program, but there’s no pressure.
What grass types do you work with?
Everything grown in East Tennessee, including tall fescue, Kentucky bluegrass, bermuda, zoysia and St. Augustine. Programs are built around your specific grass, not a generic template.
